My path to mindfulness…
In 2007 I began to explore meditation and mindfulness in an informal way, reading books and meditating on and off. Even with this inconsistent self study and practice, I noticed meaningful changes in my life. A few years later, a trip to Tibet inspired me to fully commit to my contemplative practice, and I began meditating daily. Over time, I experienced the subtle yet profound transformation and well-being this practice brings, and I knew I wanted to share it with others.
I discovered that our human potential for deep change and self-healing is far more accessible than I ever imagined. While mindfulness is not a cure-all, it can help us move closer to a more fulfilling, joyful existence.
A lifelong adventure…
As I deepen my own mindfulness practice, I guide others in cultivating theirs, reconnecting with their authenticity and true selves. The photograph on the right shows me as a child—through mindfulness, I’ve reconnected with that joyful spirit, and compassion has helped me nurture her toward a happier, more liberated life.
Friends…
I feel grateful to be able to learn from, collaborate and associate with these friends and professionals.
